Ok for a first.

Its ok. But I would try to draw some more frames. Instead of using tweening for your entire animation.

Funny but not specatular

If your drawings were solid I would have given it a 10. The beginning is funny then the humor kinda trailed off.

Good story, good timing, bad animation.

I give you a 7 because you had 2 out of 3 quailities for a nice piece of art. You need to spend more time on your character animation. Get some nice poses, and actually have the characters body move when they speak.

almost perfect

Everything was amazing. Except the animation with the scientist with the yellow gloves and the other women. Not much was going on there and I really couldn't see any expression. I would take it out.

well it was my first (and only) cartoon this year using some actual dialogue so i thought it was kind of a landmark !
